The goal of the scholarship program is to promote the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) disciplines and to benefit our membership. Every year NEACHMM will award at least one $1,000 scholarship in each of two categories.

Category 1: At least one qualifying student pursuing a curriculum leading to a career in EH&S.

Category 2: One qualifying student related to, or acquainted with, a current NEACHMM member in good standing pursuing a degree in any field of study.

Scholarship recipients from the previous year are not eligible in consecutive years. All prospective applicants must provide a copy of registration for the upcoming semester for current Freshman or a letter of acceptance for in-coming freshman.

Completed applications and required documentation must be submitted by September 30th. Winning recipients will be notified mid-October with scholarships awarded by the end of October. Public recognition of scholarship recipients will be at an upcoming NEACHMM meeting.
